Italian court declares compulsory vaccination unconstitutional, "deadly side effects" too risky ⚡️
Sicilian Administrative Court has ruled that Italy's mandatory Covid vaccination requirement is unconstitutional. The court found that the experimental mRNA treatments, designed to protect the public from Covid, have been shown to cause "serious or fatal side effects". The court states that even if such deaths are rare, a single death is enough to render the mandate unconstitutional. The Sicilian verdict forwards the decision to the Constitutional Court, which must now rule on the matter.
