Cannabis should not be released

It is a substance of abuse that facilitates the exit from society. Not only unstable people use this substance to free themselves from the troubles of everyday life. The demarcation from occasional descent to dependency becomes more fluid as consumption increases. A progressive neglect leads to the loss of the workforce. Anyone who believes he can afford to get out and emigrate to the Fiji Islands will, if he can last until his sixtieth year, return and, of course, claim the benefits of the solidarity-based health and welfare system. Who wants to blame the mechanic or the bus driver, who have provided their work force up to the age of sixty and only receive a slightly higher pension, that he considers this system unfair? Why should one use the term illness for a person who drops into the addiction with his eyes open and fully conscious? For the misguided socialization of this person, it is true that one can blame society and complain that it only provides justice and penal system in response; but that is acceptable, because it corresponds to the current social consensus. That our society differentiates the different forms of addictive behavior, respectively treated inconsistently, is not a principal objection. Mr. Nescovic misjudges the interaction between justice and the drug milieu. The path closing or The temporary deprivation of liberty do not arise from a need for punishment but primarily serve the protection of drug users and the minimization of harm. They also have an effect on part of the age group that is susceptible to this form of consumption. Over decades of practice, a practice has emerged in which justice and the penal system make up for and compensate for a deficient socialization. And middle-class people who do not become criminal in the traditional sense live in the illusion that drug use does not harm their health and does not draw them down socially, so they derive their right to free drug use. But among other things because of the principle of the same right for all, they must live in this society with the restrictions which also apply to the proletariat. Liberalization means neglect, more drug-related deaths, an overall larger number of drug users and more misery. Cannabis often leads to fatigue, fears can occur or are reinforced, silly laughter occurs, heightened sensory perceptions with memory disorders and altered perception of time. In adolescents, the risk of developing a psychosis doubles. The occurrence of schizophrenia is not rare. Dry mouth, nausea and headache are known from other psychoactive drugs. Cannabis may also increase appetite, but I've only seen severely emaciated cannabis users. Deadly traffic accidents increase.
