State terror in the Middle East

With the approval of the Western powers (it must be said: on assignment) Israel terrorises the Palestinians and Turkey the Kurds. For decades, their settlements have been bombarded and bombed, their leaders killed, they are deprived of their cultural and political identity. The complete hopelessness with no prospect of a liberation still in this generation was a driving force of the Arab Spring. A popular movement swept away the US-held Mubarak regime and was then bloodily beaten down by the next US military regime. Is the state terror of Turkey, Israel and Egypt less reprehensible than the terror of the Islamist gangs?
