The weekly newspaper “Democratic Resistance” distances itself from the Palestinian uprising in its last issue. She tries to make him look ridiculous. “Hotheads” are at work there. All that's missing is that it was said, "Just get along." In the editorial, H. Sodenkamp speaks of “power holders going crazy”. This is the same nonsense we are used to from the mainstream media.
In Palestine, the colonial troops of US imperialism are operating against an Arab people, in a territory whose statehood is recognized by most UN countries. The Biden clique has its Israeli mercenaries drop phosphorus bombs on Gaza. Men, women, children, hostages and armed resistance fighters burn and are buried. Napalm has a bad reputation, the more developed version uses phosphorus.
The newspaper does not say a word about the six thousand hostages in Israeli prisons whose release or liberation was to be achieved through the military operation and the uprising.
The editor sees the outrage and demonstrations of the Arab and Muslim masses around the world as competition to the Corona resistance instead of seeing them as resistance to the global fascist offensive. These are just symbolic acts for distant countries. Distanced and condescending, he asks where the solidarity was when the Corona furor raged.
This is the language we know from the bourgeois media. Is this language just an aberration and due to a certain pomp or does it show the mindset of the citizen who, out of fear of losing status, shows solidarity with those in power?
