The misfortune of the refugees and the tugs

When will the talk of the smugglers in the media finally stop? The Western European countries are dragging their food surpluses into the North African territories with the help of the EU and are pressing back their local agriculture. Libya has divided them into various spheres of influence and the Islamist gangs benefit from the contrasts. And each side exploits the oil deposits for its own account. Even the war in Syria is not a civil war but is decisively influenced by the Gulf States and Turkey. Russia, too, wants to enforce its claims now. And German soldiers are still helping NATO partner Turkey, which has rekindled the war against the Kurds under this cover. Germany also helps Israel morally and with weapons in the destruction and subjugation of Palestine. Even in Afghanistan, German soldiers defended Western values, with the result that prostitution has now been introduced there and poppy cultivation has reached unprecedented levels. For the press photographers politicians were posted in front of girls' schools to avoid the warlike impression. However, the price for Germany's covert engagement should be paid by the peripheral states of Europe, where the refugees land. This totally untenable regulation, which had been enforced by the landlocked states of Europe, especially Germany, could not be maintained. And the common people are to be distracted with the accusations against the tugs. But even simple minds have a sense that something is wrong when some live in abundance while others have to work eight hours a day for eight euros a day or less. And the refugees will also have to work for three euros an hour in the retirement and care homes, as parcel deliverers, truck drivers and construction workers. And what else can they do if they are threatened with war or Islamist terror? That is why Auschwitz-Land Germany has the damn duty to take in the refugees and to provide them with dignity.
