Without the political intervention, the hospital system would still be intact and the health system would have mastered this wave of flu like all previous ones. The “Adler-Werke”, which have filed for bankruptcy today, could still exist and very many small businesses that are in great need or have already given up could continue to exist. The government's obsession with power knows no bounds. The press and television constantly tell of “new infections” and deaths “with and from Corona”, as it must have been in the Middle Ages when monks preached to ordinary people: “When the taler rings in the box, the soul jumps out of the fire”.
