And I'm happy to say: Attention! Danger! The freedom virus has reached Bochum and is spreading rapidly.

We are democrats. We are a peaceful movement in which extremism, violence, anti-Semitism and inhumane ideas have no place.

“The idea and ideals of lateral thinking are: We talk to everyone who acts peacefully and non-violently and refuse any prejudice, we open up a free and democratic space for debate. We stand for peace, freedom, democracy and the rule of law. This is the debate room in which we move.

All people for whom violence or inhuman expressions are a means of political debate stand outside our debate room, all others are within our debate room. How someone is referred to by third parties is irrelevant to us. Thinking outside the box means speaking to one another and not about one another, or rushing. Thinking outside the box means respect for people and their individuality and worldview.

Our aim is to open up this space for debate and to enable people to make their own decisions about how to deal with the massive restrictions on fundamental rights and current developments and where they stand.

ART. 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of December 10.12.1948, XNUMX, or AEMR for short.

"All people are born free and equal in dignity and rights."

The preamble of human rights explains in the international human rights charter the fundamental intention of: "Freedom, justice and peace in the world", and the belief in the basic human rights, as well as in "the dignity and worth of the human person and in the equality of men and woman". It corresponds to the meaning of the sentence "Human dignity is inviolable" in Article 1, Paragraph 1 of the Basic Law.

Human rights bind the rule of law enforcement to the observance of the principles in dealing with the people.

"Everyone has the right to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms proclaimed in this declaration can be fully realized."

Some articles of the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights” have been adopted in the two international covenants on civil and political rights (the “Civil Pact 1”) and on economic, social and cultural rights (the “Social Pact1”) within the European states. They both closed in 1966 and both came into effect in 1976. In contrast to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, this has given these provisions the status of a binding international agreement within Europe. Because the then incumbent head of state of the Federal Republic of Germany as Chancellor signed and thereby recognized these provisions. These rights therefore also apply to us German citizens.

There are three types of state duties in connection with the legal entity of our human rights - for the human individual: duties of respect, duties of protection and duties of guarantee. The guarantee obligation of the areas of protection of the German Basic Law and that of the eternity clause (Article 73, Paragraph 3 of the Basic Law) are part of this. It says:

An amendment to this Basic Law that affects the structure of the Federation in the Länder, the fundamental participation of the Länder in legislation and the principles set out in Articles 1 to 20 is not permitted.  

3. IfSG

The 3rd Infection Protection Act allows with § 28 and § 28 a the capping of several basic rights for all Germans. These include the restrictions on the areas of protection from Article 2, 8, 10, 11, 13, although this is precisely what is inadmissible under the eternity clause according to Article 73 of the Basic Law. According to the eternity clause, Articles 3 to 1 of the Basic Law are irrevocable.

Civil Pact 1 contains the following obligations for the Federal Republic of Germany and for all European countries:

Paragraph: (1) All peoples have the right to self-determination. By virtue of this right, they decide freely about their political status and freely shape their economic, social and cultural development.

(2) All peoples can freely dispose of their natural wealth and resources for their own purposes, without prejudice to all obligations arising from international economic cooperation on the basis of mutual welfare and from international law. In no case should a people be deprived of their own means of existence.

(3) The Contracting States, including the States responsible for the administration of areas without self-government and trust areas, must promote the realization of the right to self-determination and respect this right in accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations. 

Article

Nobody should be subjected to torture or cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. In particular, nobody may be subjected to medical or scientific experiments without their voluntary consent. (Note: compulsory vaccination, mask requirement, depersonalization of the individual)

Attention: Article 4 GG was repealed, although prohibited under Article 7. The shock strategy in the leaked paper by the Federal Ministry of the Interior in connection with the fear strategy is a gross violation. Medically, the fear strategy is considered to be psychological torture. A state-prescribed "shock strategy" is an applied weapon of war!

The right to assemble peacefully is recognized. The exercise of this right must not be subjected to any restrictions other than those provided for by law, which in a democratic society are in the interests of national or public security, public order (ordre public), the protection of public health, public morality or the protection of rights and freedoms of others are necessary.

The lateral thinking demos are not anti-corona demos, but demos for the restoration of our basic rights, as we consider the government's measures to be completely inappropriate from a scientific and legal point of view.

We see violations of the press code in the work of your editorial team, be it that of the duty of care and truthfulness (clauses 2 and 1), that of the protection of honor, that of personal rights (clauses 7 and 8), that of the presumption of innocence, or the ban on discrimination. In its reporting, your editorial team has achieved the status of deliberately untrue factual assertions by omitting the essential facts. fact is that

• it is a peaceful and democratic movement.
• Your editorial team - if at all - has described pure exceptional phenomena and has left out most of the rest, besides the fact that the rhetorically inciting and denouncing style of your messages is clearly recognizable.

It contains, in addition to propaganda, generalizations, allegations of criminal energies, disparaging segregation of opinion, various untrue statements of fact and an unbearable form of the unjustified allegation of a radicalized and violent movement. The reporting testifies to a mass of sensational propaganda that could be justiciable.

The "wordings" of your house within your article, which represents a large and growing middle-class citizen movement and describes myself as a person, are tendentiously politicizing, denouncing and abounding with prejudice, denigration, abuse, contempt and defamation. Even before the assumption of a fascist and right-wing extremist movement, their editors do not shy away from raging in pseudo-scientific analyzes with reference to Hannah Ahrendt, in order to attest lateral thinking to a supposedly anti-Semitic and fascist attitude and compare our movement with the Hitler movement.

The explanation on independent and truthful reporting according to the German press code you did not sign on our side. This is not at all surprising to us. Because the rhetoric of their editors could also come from the Stasi manual. As cited under 2.6.2, inflammatory propaganda in an injustice state applies:

"Proven applicable forms of decomposition:

• Systematic discrediting of the public reputation, the reputation and the prestige on the basis of connected true, verifiable and discrediting as well as untrue, credible, not refutable and thus also discrediting information.
