That's it, Mrs. Merkel
With this decision of the European heads of state to the refugee crisis the Federal Chancellor became the historical person. Convincing the reluctant states all on their course is already a feat. And the pact with the devil? It is the Seehofers and Petrys prevent. But the Chancellor had to get her hands dirty. Without dirty deals no policy is possible in a society focused on the preservation of class domination.
One would think that that was for Mrs. Merkel.
But the story has continued.
Merkel returns to 2017 in the fall and I am afraid that GroKo will continue as before.
Coalition agreements will prevent real reforms from happening. In the Federal Council, red / green will continue to block necessary laws.
If one asks the question today why BREXIT came, the answer is easy: the people want to become the sovereign again.
Under the leadership of Merkel over Europe, democracy has lost. As a result, dangerous groups form on the right and left.
What would be real reforms? Would referendums be a path to reform? And what would the topics be or what would have to be reformed urgently?
And who would have more to say on the way to democracy? The nations? And should a majority decide within the nation?
