Fear of drones in Germany

First the virus, now the drones.

Now the media is going crazy again, this time to create a drone fear. Five years ago, the campaign against a supposedly highly dangerous virus began. Basic freedoms were suppressed, and a mass psychosis was created.

This campaign was so successful that the political class and its media are now trying again.

Social cuts are being pushed through in the wake of the drone campaign. Unions and social welfare organizations are being forced to remain silent. Not even routine protests are reaching the public.

As usual, the government is starting with the poorest and most needy. Care level one is to be abolished or the awarding of care is to be tightened. Nahles, the former SPD leader, expresses her gratitude for her position in the care sector and proposes cuts to housing and social benefits. This would eliminate expenditures amounting to €3 billion.

But all of this won't be enough to cover the enormous costs of rearmament. Therefore, pensions must be addressed. By omitting the adjustment of pensions to the inflation rate, additional funds will be freed up.

But seventy-two barracks and 100.000 conscripts will cost much more and lower the standard of living of the lower classes and large sections of the middle class.

To quell the unrest and discontent, CDU member Kiesewetter recommends declaring a state of tension, in which the government has the power to suppress any protest. Merz is given the role of babbler about unity. And Söder, of course, wants to participate in the hype and talks about shooting down drones. This man is no psychiatrist's case; he's deliberately crafting this scenario, meaning that when the wind changes, he suddenly starts twanging peace trumpets.

The BSW is so far the only opposition while the AfD remains silent, although many hopes are placed on it that it will oppose the war frenzy

As long as the lower and middle classes don't express outrage, the political class will continue to aggressively attack social achievements. Will the AfD be brought on board if the situation escalates further?

  1. "Just as the Czechs go to vote, and the EU is increasingly panicking because the EU's opponents will win, the 'Russian drones' appear over Prague airport. This is surely just a coincidence...

The level of propaganda, however, is astonishing. It's a "possible (!) drone sighting"—the drone itself has not been confirmed. Nevertheless, the ultra-unionist government in Prague is pulling out all the stops—a state of emergency! No one intends to numb public opinion...
It was announced that they had “snipers in action,” “helicopters” were on the way, and that they were preparing to close the airspace…”

  2. »While he was still in prison during the Nuremberg trials, Hermann Göring gave an interview to the psychologist Gustav Gilbert.

Göring said: "Of course the people don't want war. Why should a simple farmer risk his life when the best he can get out of a war is to return to his farm unharmed? Nobody wants war—neither in Russia, England, America, nor Germany.

That's obvious. But ultimately, a country's leaders determine its policies. And getting the people to support those policies is easy.
It doesn’t matter whether it’s democracy, communism, parliamentarism, or a fascist dictatorship.”

Gilbert retorted: "But democracy has one difference—the people can express their opinions through elected representatives." Göring replied: "Of course, that's good, but whether the people have a voice or not, they can always be forced into obedience. It's simple: Tell them they're under attack and then accuse the pacifists of being patriotic and endangering the country. That works in every country."

  3. "By WOLFGANG HÜBNER | Friedrich Merz will never be a popular or successful chancellor. Yet he is doing everything he can to at least become the first emergency chancellor of the Federal Republic. The Russophobia he and others aggressively support, the militarization of the economy and society, and the escalating war hysteria are all converging on a well-hidden, yet increasingly clear, goal: to turn Germany into an emergency state in which basic rights are restricted or suspended, but the government's power can assume dictatorial proportions."

"We must call changing weather a 'climate catastrophe,' empty hospitals 'overcrowded,' hallucinations 'drones,' and the compulsory contribution a 'voluntary donation.' Otherwise, we're right-wing radicals!"

  5. "Psychologically, this is no coincidence: social proof ("Everyone is talking about it") replaces scrutiny. Fear overrides consideration. The availability heuristic turns the visible into the probable. Whoever controls the topic controls the agenda—not just the headlines, but the perception itself.

The end result is a simple lesson, almost banal in its explosiveness: Manipulation succeeds not through lies alone, but through speed, emotion, and repetition. Dramaturgy takes possession of reality. Those who understand it can either expose it—or reenact it.

Empirical evidence proves Pürner absolutely right: Of all the "attacks," from Copenhagen to Norway, to Munich, to Prague, and Vilnius, there is not a single photo of one of these phantom drones. Not once was one brought down. Not once was any background information about the incident revealed. But no one asks for proof.

  6. "In fact, the net-zero measures (the Green Deal) are deliberately stifling SMEs and paving the way for large companies. Part of this plan is that SMEs have virtually no political support, and many struggle to survive daily, often ending up in bankruptcy. In the first half of 2025, insolvencies rose by 9,4% year-on-year to 11.900 companies.

There are still no signs of a policy shift on climate change. The German corporate elite has failed to take the initiative to force political change. Germany is heading for a hot autumn – economically and socially.
    Mastering the coming storms

Ultimately, all of this will come back to haunt the political class and the government in the form of deteriorating financial conditions, growing budget deficits, rising costs of government programs, rising interest rates, and rampant inflation.

Ultimately, we will see the collapse of the euro and the entire European Union project.”
