A totalitarian attack on patient rights

The intimate conversation between doctor and patient is part of the core of the human. No state power may have a claim to complicity. This was and is so in all human societies.

The protection of intimacy is absolute and is one of the inalienable fundamental rights and cannot be overridden by any legislator.

But this protection stands in the way of a complete domination of man. Therefore, totalitarian governments try by all means to remove this protection and gain access.

The German red-green government uses all kinds of threats and lures to get this data. Scaremongering, legal coercion and deception, no means are left out.

Even the judiciary is involved. As a precaution, the public prosecutor's offices have been left under the authority of the state governments. The corresponding Nazi law was not abolished after the war, contrary to assurances. But the government also has great influence on the promotion of judges. In this way, she finds willing judges for her request for access to patient files. What kind of judges are they throwing all principles of law overboard to seize patients' private information?

But since a senior CDU functionary has become the supreme judge, the magistrates think they can also do anything. After the collapse of the Nazi regime, hardly any judges were punished, and old Nazi judges still romped about at the Federal Court of Justice. Do the judges who are now preparing the way for totalitarianism hope for the same leniency?

In various cities, district judges have issued search warrants in the wake of the Corona madness to confiscate patient files. Instead of being accused of this abuse of their authority, they are still in office. But who is surprised when a completely unscrupulous violent criminal heads the Ministry of Health and the presidents of his institutes legitimize him? Nobody needs to hope for the yellow jelly in the Justice Department.

    We mourn the death of Clemens Arvay. What drove this gentle man to end his life at the age of forty-two? What drove a loving father to abandon his son? Always factual and focused on a conflict-free discussion, devoted to nature and music ... how desperate must Clemens Arvay have been that he gave up everything he loved because he saw no way out?

    There is hardly a worse insult to a decent person than to be called an "anti-Semite". When the advocates of the dominant opinion—or rather, the opinion of the dominant ones—unprovokedly brandish the anti-Semitic mace, they condone the pain and despair they cause.

    Clemens Arvay was also exposed to such agitation and was denigrated as an anti-Semite. We are no longer in a position to ask him what the ultimate trigger for his decision was. But one question that can and must be asked of the rabble-rousers – the affected media outlets, including some leading newspapers and individual beneficiaries of political favors – is: Are you moved by the thought that this death might have something to do with your rabble-rousing? It doesn't matter what the ultimate trigger was, but you must address the possibility that you could be responsible for Clemens' final, irreversible decision.

    This death breaks the dam. The pent-up horror at the way you deal with what is sacred to us, what has shaped us, what causes our pain and our knowledge, moves us to write this letter.

    An anti-Semite is a Jew-hater. Those who tried to exterminate the Jews of Europe eighty years ago were anti-Semites.

    Nazis are eugenicists, mass murderers who denigrate, abuse and kill people out of their supposed racial superiority.

    Using these terms against people who merely question the vaccination agenda that has become religion, advocate for peace negotiations, or otherwise oppose a political or media trend is an unacceptable trivialization of Nazism and the Holocaust. Such an inflationary comparison of dissidents with mass murderers is a mockery of the victims of National Socialism. Some of these victims are the ancestors of the signers of this letter, our parents and grandparents. And the signatories know firsthand what separates a dissenting biologist with such impressive human integrity from an anti-Semite.

    The anti-Semitism baton is used as a weapon against critics of government policies. Like any weapon, it causes destruction. Like any weapon, it is a means of oppression and violence. We don't want that!

    Why do we find ourselves able to say, "Enough is enough"? Because the impression is created that we, the Jews, are the ones holding the baton of anti-Semitism. That it is us who want to be protected from the "swearers", "conspiracy theorists", "Nazis" and "right-wing extremists". That it was us who supposedly wanted to be protected from Clemens Arvay.

    We are also said to have asked for protection from Vera Sharav, Andrew Bridgen, Daniele Ganser, Sucharit Bhakdi, Neil Oliver, Roger Waters, Andrew Tate, Ken Jebsen and David Icke to name a few. We are said to have been the ones who demanded fashionable lawsuits for incitement to hatred and the downplaying of the Holocaust in Germany or renewed activity in Austria.

    Clemens Arvay was not an anti-Semite. We have not accused anyone of hurting him on our behalf.

    dr Daniele Ganser is not an anti-Semite. We don't want to be used to silence this historian because his opinion of the war contradicts the accepted narrative.

    Prof. Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi is not an anti-Semite. Far from representing all Jews, those who object to the scholar whose passionate enlightenment saved countless lives.

    Neil Oliver is not an anti-Semite, nor should he be defamed on our behalf.

    Andrew Bridgen is not an anti-Semite, and the fellow politician who vilified him as such has now been exposed for the corrupt and manipulative official that he is.

    The fact that Vera Sharav, a Holocaust survivor and lifelong advocate of medical ethics, is being prosecuted in Germany for Holocaust denial and hate speech makes all the more clear what we are dealing with. This is not done on our behalf.

    The same applies to each of the personalities mentioned and countless other critically thinking people who are denied, insulted, marginalized and robbed of their good name and their existence within the framework of the uniform Corona agenda according to a uniform principle - like according to a script.

    Every legal proceeding according to the paragraphs mentioned and every baseless insult as "Nazi", "anti-Semite" or "Holocaust denier" aims at the destruction of a reputation, a financial and social existence - or even a life. In a society that defines itself as liberal-democratic, we can never support such measures.

    Even more: We live in fear and worry: Whoever destroys lives in our name, whoever divides society, whoever agitates against a critical minority, justifies and promotes real anti-Semitism. And that's not all: the constantly cultivated fear of being insulted as a Nazi or anti-Semite robs people of civil courage and degrades our society to one that passively watches injustice.

    That says it all about the godless campaign against Clemens Arvay.

    To everyone who shares our pain and concern: take action! To the agitators and their contractors, will you at least have the grace to allow Clemens' son to be proud of his father?     The two scientists from the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences in Bergen have carried out an analysis whose result cannot be wiped off the table because it has blocked the path to alternative explanations. We'll tell you how in a nutshell now.

    The starting point is data on general excess mortality for 31 countries, the entire EU supplemented by Iceland, Norway and Switzerland. The data are available for the observation period on a monthly basis.

    Excess mortality is calculated, as usual, as the mortality above the average of the previous four years (2016 to 2019) for the same month. All analyzes are weighted based on the number of populations in each country. The excess mortality, if available, for the years 2020 and 2021 is included in the analysis as a control variable, as is life expectancy.
